Refund Policy
Refunds and Exchange
You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item we will ship out a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Stikatto is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, Stikatto will confirm the delivery to the address provided, as well as, tracking and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
